We have so many people doing so much in our Town for others - and they who are often under-valued. I have had the pleasure and honour of meeting some of them recently, and hope to meet many more as the lockdown eases.

Protecting The Heritage Of Great Grimsby

I'm delighted that the Government through the Department of Transport has agreed to pump in an additional £2.9million to repair and preserve the Corporation Bridge. It is is one of the most iconic landmarks in Grimsby with a rich history and it is right that it is saved for future generations.


The Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak took time out of a busy schedule last week to meet with me to talk about investment in our area, particularly the Zero Carbon Humber Project. It was a very productive and encouraging meeting.
