I recently visited the Solenis site on Moody Lane in Grimsby, they provide specialty chemicals services to water intensive industries. I was given a tour by their new plant manager Chris Johnson, a local man who was born and raised just down the road in Cleethorpes.

In mid-April I was made aware by the Council of the intention of the Home Office to use St James Hotel as a centre for Asylum seekers. As a result the hotel was to be closed to other guests and existing reservations cancelled.
